We're renowned for our friendly, efficient and personal style of customer service.  If you don't know a scart lead from an analogue box, we will talk to you in real English with no jargon - or if you're a bit of a techie and want access directly to technical support we have like minded people who can talk to you.

Our call centre is in the UK. If you have a problem, you won't be speaking to someone in a huge call centre a million miles away - We have offices in the areas that we serve and if we can't solve a problem over the phone - we'll send a Smallworld engineer out to you.

Clean and Tidy Installations

Installation at a time to suit you and we never leave a mess.  

All you need to do is choose what new service you'd like, and a suitable day and time for you.

Next cancel your current service provider (they usually need 30 days notice)

Then, one of our technicians will arrive on the agreed date.  A thin cable will need to run underground to reach a small box at the side or front of your house.  Your service will be installed with as little disruption as possible and then you will be ready to watch Smallworld TV, make Smallworld calls, or use our fibre optic broadband immediately.  Hurrah!
